Gregg Lehrman – Certifyd™

Introduction

Gregg Lehrman is an American composer, producer and songwriter. His music could be described as the mix-breed born between the modern world and the traditional classical.

It’s not about live instruments vs. computers, or analogue vs. digital… it’s about finding the right balance to create art that’s not yet been heard.

He spent 4 years as an apprentice under the award-winning composer Hans Zimmer at Remote Control. He has experience working behind the scenes on films such as Matchstick Men, The Last Samurai and Tears of the Sun which earned him invaluable experience. He then went on to being mentored under composer Jeff Rona where he learned the necessary discipline of being a filmmaker and writer.

He has been commissioned to create and collaborate with acclaimed filmmakers, artists, and companies big and small. His work can be heard in network shows such as the ‘Daily show with Jon Stuart’ and in featured films that have received worldwide attention including: Avatar, Inglorious Bastards, Ridley Scott’s Robin Hood and Martin Scorcese’s new Boardwalk Empire. Commercial companies have also approached him in search of a new source of creativity.
