In 1999, Her first assignments as part of Square includes Chocobo’s Dungeon 2, Dice de Chocobo and Blue Wing Blitz. Later she had a major breakthrough with Final Fantasy XI in 2002 and earned a great deal of respect and clout within Square Enix. Without losing any pace she goes onto composing for Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles which has a contrasting stance to the style of writing compared to her previous works, proving to be a challenge.

She is also a agile pianist who is a member of the Star Onions and contributed solo performances for their first album in 2005. This same year she goes onto composing for Code Age Commanders. Currently she is planning a partnership with Hidenori Iwasaki to work on the Sequel of Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles on Wii and DS.
